Almond-Flax Butter

Great spread for bread
1/2 cup of raw almonds
3 tablespoons of flax oil
1 tablespoon of honey
Grind almonds in a blender or food processor to the consistency of meal. Add flax oil and process until creamy then add honey.
Oatmeal with flax meal

prepare oatmeal in the regular way according to directions.
Add three Tablespoons of ground flax meal and stir in. Top oatmeal with fruit, honey, maple syrup or brown sugar.

Fruit Smoothie

1/2 cup frozen bannana pieces
1 med.apple
1/2 cup strawberries
1/2 cup grapes
1 cup grape juice
4 tbls flax seed meal

place frozen bannans in blender first then add fruit. its best to cut apple into at least quaters then pour in gound fresh flax meal and add juice and blend for about three min, or until smooth

I use the above basic recipie and just add any good fruit I can get. all kinds of berries, peaches, plums, oranges, and or a little lemon or lime.
